This is a nice and unique piece to add to anyone's vintage Omega collection.  The rare original dial is very attractive and has a nice texture finish to it.  It's very rare to find a Seamaster dial like this one in original acceptable condition.  Most have been refinished or poorly aged, but not this one.  The bottom of the dial around the 5-6 o'clock position has a darker tone finish compare to the rest of the dial as can be seen in the photos.  The case is made of solid stainless steel and in good unpolished condition.  A new case back gasket has been fitted.  The automatic movement has been fully serviced and working strong.  19 jewels movement is Omega caliber 491 with serial number 15688643 dating this watch to 1957.  The case model is 2846/2848.   The case measures 34mm across excluding crown by 42mm lug tip to lug tip.  Will come with a new quality handmade genuine leather strap and crystal is new as well.
