Here is an outstanding and very rare Omega Seamaster watch.  This particular case is the first generation of three and only existed for about a year period.  This piece is rare, but the black waffle dial and the jumbo size gold Seamaster emblem just made it a holy grail.  The case model is 2975 - 1 SC and is made of gold capped top over solid stainless steel.  The case is in great original condition and measures 35mm across excluding the crown by 43.5mm lug tip to lug tip.  Original signed crown.  Brand new crystal.  Brand new case back gasket.  Factory original waffle dial with visible aging under certain lighting.  The automatic movement has been professionally serviced prior to listing.  It is running strong and accurate.  The movement is an Omega caliber 501 with serial number 16345660 dating this timepiece to 1958.  This watch will come complete with a brand new high quality handmade genuine leather strap.
